Cancellation Policy

We have a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to be cancelled and fees processed as a no-show.

No-show appointments will incur a 100% fee for service booked.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service/services booked.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service/services booked.
